JAMES, graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy (2nd Class Upper Honours), is a consistent producer with 13 years of experience in the real estate industry.

He has worked as External Auditor in one of the Big Four Accounting Firm as well as a Sell-Side Research Analyst with a local stock brokerage firm. His area of interest includes Property Investment & Property Portfolio Management & Analysis. James brings to the table a wealth of experience with his analytical skills in the property market. He has also held successful consumer seminars previously to help buyers understand the property market trend.

James, a property investor and owns multiple properties, has assisted many clients progressed in life via a structured & prudent asset planning. He has successfully brokered wide range of properties ranging from HDBs to High-end condominiums in Marina Bay/District 9/10/11 to highly niche Landed segment in excess of $10m.

He strongly believes in analysing facts & figures to make the right real estate decision and he has seen many peers make mistakes in their property purchases due to EMOTIONS.
